Terms of purchase and delivery

Terms of purchase
All prices include VAT. It is important that you take note of our current conditions before you place an order. You can see the total price including VAT and shipping in the shopping cart.
Terms of delivery
We are shipping packages with DHL once or twice a week, so delivery time can vary between 1 to 7 days.
Shipping & packaging costs: 125 kr for all deliveries within Sweden. We use “DHL Service Point“ that sends traceable packages that you can collect yourself at the nearest delivery point after receiving an avi via sms. “DHL package delivery“ is used for larger orders for companies.

Invoicing is only available for companies, schools and associations. An invoice fee of 50 kr will be added. We will ship your goods within 3 working days together with the invoice. Payment terms are 30 days. In case of delayed payment an administrational fee of SEK 50 kr is added (reminder fee and late payment interest).
Right of withdrawel and returns
According to the directive of distance selling (distansavtalslagen), you have the right to return ordered defect-free goods without giving any reason. Notice of return must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen 14 days after receiving the goods. If the contract concerns a custom made item - or an item that has received a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information. We follow the Consumer Agency's recommendations see: Konsumentverket.se.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we have packed the wrong. When returning you are responsible for the shipping costs and are responsible in case the goods are damaged or lost. Address & contact details can be found below. Returns must be sent as letters or parcels, not as C.O.D (cash on delivery). At case of exchanging, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal you are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you got it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost because you are careless, you do lose the right of withdrawal. You do not have a right of withdrawal in the fields of services, if the service has started during the withdrawal period with your consent. The product due to its nature cannot be returned.

Reimbursment obligation
We will, if you have used your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods. If it is a service, please give us feedback. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
Always state your social security number and account number with the return to get a reimbursement deposited in your bank or personal account.
Delivery time
We are shipping packages once or twice a week with DHL, so delivery times can vary between 1-7 days, implying the item is in stock. If a product becomes back-listed, you will receive it automatically as soon as it is in stock again. Of course, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any delivery delays.
For companies it is 3 days of delivery time, implying the goods are in stock.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
Shipping
The shipping costs for an order are charged according to the actual shipping weight, this is automatically calculated in the online shop. The shipping costs are reported at the checkout.

Damaged packages and non pick-ups
If you discover a damage on the package, you must immediately notify the forwarding agent and make a claim. Do not open a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the kind that it can be attributed to the forwarding agent’s handling, you must contact them and make a notification claim. If any dispute with the delivery company cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you do not pick up your shiped order before it is sent back to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will bill you for 350 kr for our work of handling the goods.
Data protection
Your personal data is handled in accorrding to the regulations of the Personal Data Act (PUL). You can contact us at any time to receive more details.
Other
We do not sell to persons under the age of 18 without a legal guardian's permission. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We reserve any errors in writing. All false orders and fraud will be attempted by police. Please note: we reserve the right for any final sale as some goods are produced in small collections.
